About a week ago, I decided to take on a large stack (6) of subtitled films, some for quick review, some for a little bit longer.  The first of these films is called Jesus Kid, a Portuguese film set in Brazil.   Trying to spread my wings a bit I reckon, enjoy.

Please read my review on Privilege, another Scorpion/Kino release.  Not one of my favorites, but the film has its fans that’s for sure.

As mentioned in the previous post, I received a copy of The Nowhere Inn which is basically a mockumentary following St. Vincent on Tour.  It’s certainly interesting, and worth a watch especially if enjoy watching her in action so to speak.

Here is the other title I reviewed from last week.    I plan to review a title called Nowhere Inn when I get it in later this week as I’m a pretty big fan of St. Vincent’s work.  I should have it posted by Monday, the 25th.  I’m not sure if it will be on my site or just a link to Upcomingdiscs.com like usual.  (Since it’s an unsolicited title, I’ll probably have to check)

I did the DVD review for this about 10 years ago so I was excited to get this one in blu-ray (especially considering I no longer owned the dvd copy). Hope you enjoy the review.
